Susan Wyant is known for her high level of energy and enthusiasm coupled with her strong sense of service and selflessness. Since forming Team Pennywise, Susan has received countless awards including the KW Culture Award, and is designated as one of the Top 25 Agents in KW Pacific Estates. In 2016, Susan was featured in Los Angeles Magazine as a Five Star Real Estate Agent, as well as in Top Agent Magazine. She has extensive knowledge of the Greater Long Beach Area, and is known for going the extra mile in countless situations. Simply put, her clients love her service! Growth and Leadership are very important to Susan; when she is not working with clients she spends much of her time on Keller Williams Pacific Estates Agent Leadership Council, Master Faculty Training Team, and serves on the board of directors at both the Fairfield YMCA and the Red Shoe Society which fundraises for the Long Beach Ronald McDonald House. In her spare time Susan can be found scuba diving, volunteering, or entertaining family and friends at home poolside, or at sea on the “Pennywise”.
